Corrections and coverage reports are the most useful mail we get. Prices move, shops close, and networks change what they publish.

What is genuinely useful to send. A price that has changed since the date on the page. A shop or airport desk that has opened or closed. A network experience that contradicts our coverage table, especially from the Osa, Sarapiquí, Tortuguero or the Nicoya back roads, where our information rests on published maps and traveler reports rather than our own driving. If you have used a Kölbi eSIM bought from outside Costa Rica, we would particularly like to hear from you.
What we cannot help with. We are not a mobile operator and we do not sell eSIMs. If a plan you bought is not working, the provider's own support is the only route to a refund, and it is faster than us. Our setup page covers the fixes that do not need support.
Partnerships and guest posts. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored placements or paid reviews. Providers cannot buy a position in any table on this site. The disclosure page explains the only way money reaches us.
Response time. Usually a few days. Verified corrections ship in the next update, and we note what changed.
